Are you letting a high balance report? I read an article from someone who kind of reported what some lenders "like" and it mentioned Capital One likes a low balance. ..... then there is some info on here about Capital One needs sub prime cards to balance out other cards due to how they are financed.... I don't understand it all but it may be worth looking for it.

Yea sometimes theirs a 30% balance but in a normal month I pay it completely off several times it sometimes doesn't work out on statement date
