If you have moved within the last two years which is more than a "few months ago," this could potentially be an issue with creditors.
@Anonymous Is is not possible for you to provide a bankletter head if that is the case but in my situation my bank was temporarily closed due to COVID and they reopened so I thought if they ask me for it I can get it. If you can't get it give it a bit though when I spoke when the New Accounts @ Amex for that application they said that they are supposed to be bringing an ID verification thing where they send the text to your phone you scan your ID so on so on. They probably rolled this out by now my application was cancelled by the time they started this.

Amex agent say that a bank letterhead is required when a fraud alert exist, she recomemnd to me wait and apply again later. I will wait...
