Although I didn't check the mail today (25th) and my friend did receive his today. So, I hope mine is in the mailbox! I'll check 'tomorrow' (it's 1am 26th now).
USB said that the card would be in a plain white envelope ... got a plain white envelope from Fargo yesterday, but it was just the 10 page account agreement, no card. Can anyone who's gotten their stuff confirm - should the card have been with the 10 page agreement? Or did you get 2 plain envelopes? Trying to figure out if I need to call them. They said I should have gotten card on 22nd and it's now 26th.
Just read through this thread and thought i'd try, and was instantly approved for $500. Not sure if it was worth a pull but a $0 AF, with 0% interest for 12 months and finally getting in US Bank as my 1st card with them. Might call recon to ask for a little higher line.

Yeah, the card came separately. Terms and Conditions came in a different envelope. Both envelopes were from the credit card processing center in Fargo ND and felt the same. Got mine on Monday, November 25 and account ordered November 20th. Both envelopes were in the same day delivery. Time wise, five calendar days from day signed up for card to arrive.
Five days???
I was approved on Veterans Day and am still waiting on my card.
im in Florida. Got my card agreement and my smartly checking account debit card and all the other stuff for the savings account and whatnot.
but still no credit card.
Got my Smartly today - 26 Nov.
[Approved on 11 Nov.] My agreement arrived much earlier so two
mailings.
Per the card tracker feature in the app, the card was shipped 15 Nov.
This envelope showed a PO Box from Fargo ND.
Card is metal and nicely engraved in the front with white raised ink on the bank for the PII.
Nice @MJ-san .
$15000 seems to be the common SL here. It would fantastic if US Bank allowed reallocations.
Received mine today 11-26-24. It might have been in the mailbox 11-25, I didn't check. Happy to have it!
You may want to contact the US Bank Credit Card Center. Sounds like the order for the card may have gone astray?
Over thirteen years, I generally receive all Debit & Credit Cards from the US Bank Processing Center in Fargo ND between 4 to 6 calendar days. They have been good. A couple times I utilized Express Shipping and that took two to three days (so I did not use that again).

They don't allow reallocations, but they do allow you to immediately request a new credit line increase upon receipt of the card. I posted this over in another community but will repeat here. I was provided a $15K CL but was then bumped up to $40K.
Wait until you have the card in hand and activated. Then call 1-800-947-1444. Press 1 for the status application group and speak with this team to get you to the right people. It took me a few tries to figure this out. The underwriting team can't be contacted directly, but the group who handles increases in this group knew what they were doing. The rep put in notes with my request of how much I was seeking as a total limit, asked if I was willing to accept a counter, and added additional notes on my income and expected monthly spend. The request was approved within 6 hours of input. Another hard pull to TransUnion.
Note: I mentioned needing a higher limit as this honestly will be my only credit card used and based on my spend, I did not want my monthly usage to show 50%+ due to a $15K limit.
