Have seen people ask for them in 24 hours.  Won't hurt to ask.

I changed my Delta skymiles to the Blue after 2 months and no problem.

I requested a "product change"  to Blue Cash 2 weeks after I received my Delta Skymiles and got it. I received my Delta back in the middle of October and I'm still waiting for my blue. I checked my account today and they just changed my card to Blue Cash so I guess it's on the way.

elilow2 you might want to give them a call.I waited 1 month for it to arrive and they forgot to send it out.
It took my blue one week to arrive after I called them.
