Still worthy of consideration imo. Did they stop accepting people OOS using the bike club?
Surprising they re-opened it back up especially if they take out of state people still which assume they will. I know car loans are in state only but always been that way.
Speculate many will go after card even with 1500 cap @ 3% = 45/mo or 2% = 30/mo over a year that is $180 difference although no sign-up bonus and capped. Guessing POI and identity steps they make people go through will keep many away for the difference though.

Genuinely surprised they opened it back up. Maybe it's no longer a loss leader since they capped it and raised the APR?
Oooo. Maybe they reopened the ability to get CLIs? Dangit. After I opened two cards last month... they denied me the first time for "too many new cards" in the past 12 months. But someone else go check if they reopened to CLIs? Would love to not have the "measly" 5k limit.
Can someone remind me which credit bureau they pull? It's no longer on my reports.

How many new cards did you have? I probably won't go for it. Good card but the process sounds like a real pain.
Tempting!

At least 7? CSP, BCP, MCPx2, AmEx Plat, AmEx Gold, 2nd BofA CCR (which was only 3 hard pulls btw across all of those). Depending on my CLI timing of them showing (which I don't think they were yet), might also have been Curve, Affinity, and Gemini too. 🤣 Is 10 new cards too many new cards?
AOD was an early card for me in turning this into a hobby (2021), and I got other new cards immediately following it. At 1 year I tried for a CLI (2022), after having opened other cards (the ones showing on my report were 6+ months previous to the CLI request), was denied, so grabbed a few things and went into the garden. Then I waited 2 full years for my report to be clear from 2022-2024, and was going to request a CLI again in June at 3 years. Welp. They weren't accepting. So I moved on to the next things on my list.

Great find, thanks phant!
The OG AOD has been my biggest card denial/failed recon.
On the fence to try again.
