I got mine yesterday as well.
For DCU I have an offer of that says your approved for up to $10,000 for a DCU Platinum card. I have 2 hard inquiries for this current year with equifax and 2 for last year. Are they inquiry/new account sensitive. I have a 774 FICO 5 for what that is worth. But I did add an apple card earlier this year in March.

If it is a gold accept offer button then its a solid offer
Yes it is gold. Is this another hard inquiry?

No it is a soft pull approval,if you accept it from all the reading I have done about DCU offers

No. You have to accept the offer but there won't be a hard pull.
Poking this thread a bit, since I don't see any follow-up on if accepting a pre-approved AFCU offer is a HP or SP? I got my offers a few days ago after less than 90 days of membership.
Also, I'm noting the difference between the SUB offer here and the SUB if you app via the site... This does not appear to include the $200 after 4k spend in 90 days, and is offering 20k points for 20k spend in 12 months as opposed to 25k for 25k (which is in addition to the $200 for 4k). So the SUB seems weaker, unless theyre just not mentioning the 90 part and it would still apply?

During a prior round of Preapprovals from AFCU, I too received a CC offer and upon accepting, it DID result in a EX HP. The final approval was given for the "up to" amount. Good luck if you proceed @unsungivy
