Logged in to the Amex website to grab a Hilton statement and they have made changes to the website. The website layout is still similar to before, but it is now laggy with poor page loading, one of my two Amex cards will not propagate, and the web page now looks like a "Reader's Digest Large Print"
Edit: Using my computer and Chrome browser. Just tested with Firefox as well. Website is the same with Firefox as with Chrome. May be just a bit laggier/glitchier with Firefox.
And with both browsers my 2nd Amex doesn't propagate at first. Just a "can't load error". Then move around to different sections of the website and come back and eventually the 2nd card propagates.
I just tried the app, seems the same as usual.
Yes, the app is the same. Website has changed some.
And then this just happened while logging in Amex website.
I then opened a new tab and again went to global.americanexpress.com/dashboard and it went straight to my dashboard.
They have certainly made changes that are extremely glitchy.

Todays login to Amex website has a banner at the top of the page.
"You may have noticed we've redesigned our website. We're excited to bring you an even better, upgraded online experience!"
Yes, yes I noticed. At least today my 2nd card populated on first load, though the all the pages load slow/laggy the same as 6 days ago.

No, actually I am not. Rather disconcerting really. But thank you for adding to this Amex website thread.
@Anonymous You're the only one who seems to be having major problems with the website.
Must be user error.

Wow, thank you for your keen insight and insulting commentary about the glitch/lag issue I have observed with the Amex 'redesign' of their website.
Perhaps you can school me how I am supposed to "open" a website correctly on my computer. I await your instructions.
And again, thank you for adding your wisdom to this Amex website glitch thread.

Are you on a sketchy network? Like out in the country on a cell tower? My guess is there are time outs built into the app and you are getting these errors due to slow connection speed.
