Any Recent PC from QS1 to QS?

Has anyone been able to PC QS1 to QS recently? Seems CapitalOne Removed the "Modify Your Account" tab a long time ago and the only way to PC from QS One to QS is to call in.

I used the link above not to long ago and PC"d from Platinum to QS. However when I tried to use the link for my mother for her QS1 it said nothing was avaible at the time.

It wants to upgrade my current QS to a QS. Can't seem to find the option to change the QS1. Does this mean my QS isn't really a QS? The physical card itself says QS. Also, it seems that they have removed their online chat. Can someone verify this? It just provides a phone number now.

I just called in and was able to change QS1 to QS. I don't have to call in every year now to remove the annual fee.

In March I upgraded from QS1 to QS via chat. Not sure if there was a SP, but no HP for certain. I had had the card for 2 years. Began with CL of $300 and is/was $3.5k at time of upgrade. Last CLI in Feb. So it looks like Aug. or Sept. until the next CLI.

The replies on the other post where the link said a product could be changed to the same product reported they got different terms such as a change to visa signature or wmc. Your QS is a qs but cap1 is offering an upgrade within the product itself.
