NVM now show limits 😂But asking to activate cards from bbva. I guess they are on the way?

For giggles and grins I called the old BBVA activation line yesterday and per the recorded message new cards are being sent out, but that number can't be used to activate them.
I just received a missed robo call from PNC. The message wants me to call them back. Not sure what's up with that?🤷🏾♂️
I only have one original CC that's useable. I haven't gotten any of the replacement CCs.
Had to change a recurring bill to a different lender because of it.

I got a call on Wednesday from an unrecognized number (those go to voice mail, kthxbye) asking that I call back but it didn't sound like a robocall. It also looks like the number may be from one of the branches PNC opened in the Boston area earlier this year.
Makes me think that they're lining up to pitch their investment services.
Possibly exposure since acquired? hmmm..

*whew* thank goodness it resolved itself. We know how much DH *LOVES* to talk on the phone with any agents 😂
I was doing a lot of SUB chasing last year and opened quite a number of CC and bank accounts for SUBs. Among them, the BBVA Select Visa, BBVA Premium checking, PNC Virtual Wallet Performance Select Spend checking, all opened late last year around the same time and after SUBs only used for spending bonuses.
Now both BBVA accounts have migrated to PNC and show up under my PNC login along with the PNC checking and everything looks in order. The BBVA Premium checking is now called Virtual Wallet Performance Spend and the Select card is now PNC Cash Rewards Visa Signature with the $20K limit intact. I don't remember the old BBVA APR but now it says 15.24% for purchases and 22.24% for cash advances.
Have not received any calls, just emails and welcome packages. Have not received the new PNC Visa card either or any debt card for the checking acct.
My plan is to close both checking accounts next week and the PNC Visa will go straight into the sock drawer upon arrival.
I am definitely more into SUB chasing than credit limit chasing so I don't see myself requesting CLIs anytime soon but if PNC starts to offer enticing spending bonuses I will be there. Lol
Well, some here beat me to the punch of trying to PC the Points card to something else, so I haven't bothered waiting on hold forever to hear the same thing.
The new card shows up under my existing PNC log in, but kinda odd that it isn't buried in the Virtual Wallet like my Cash Rewards card. It's showing separately underneath it. I haven't received the Points card in the mail yet. Online everything seems to show up fine and my APR dropped to 15.74%.
This card is also reporting to EX as PNC already. There's no longer any sign of BBVA on my report.
I was able to opt-in the Points card to the Purchase Payback program today, which I couldn't do Tuesday. At least that might add some kind of value to the card if the offers are good like they are on my Cash Rewards card.

I don't know if this is the same thing, but you can also redeem your points for cash, even for small amounts. I had less than 3k points left from BBVA and was able to get about $5. I believe that this method is worth even less than redeeming for gc. But, at least you can cash in small amts. 😕
