Building CC relationship with local CU? update: BCE approved!

I was thinking about to apply for BECU(Boeing Employees' Credit Union) credit card through Amazon (since they offer $50 gift card)

OR just forget it and apply BCE?

it's entirely up to you. if you think it's worth building on a relationship with that CU, go for it.

Re: Building CC relationship with local CU?

i think building a relationship with credit unions is the right step. not to say prime banking is not. sometimes credit unions especially local, cam offer you things that prime bank just cannot compete with. if local, the employees is local, and to me, its easier to get things done that way.
