Cap1 unsecured denied can I aske for re consideration for a secured card?

I have been lurking for a while and I was unsure if this can be done. Can I call back door number and ask to have it switched to unsecured.

Cap 1 has secured and unsecured cards. I must be misunderstanding what you mean by this, would you please elaborate?

Cap1 has both secured and unsecured cards available

I may have misread you post assume you were trying to to get a secured card unsecured .

Cap1 usually requires another HP for each credit card you apply for.

Hmmm so if I ask for an unsecured it's going to be another round of hp's? Ugh :-(
I can't afford that. I have to think of something else.

Yes but 2 HPs within 2 weeks= 1 HP. I applied for CSP and Freedom 2 days apart and only 1 INQ from Chase shows up. I was denied the CSP, approved for the Freedom.
