Capital One Question

December 6 will mark 1 year from both of my Capital One accounts being closed. I was wondering if I should apply the day of december 6th, or if I should wait a few days?

Also should I try the pre-approval and app for what it tells me? If there is no pre-approval what should I apply for? 

I burned them for about $1000 combined on Plat and QS.

Personally I would give it a few days past the one year mark and even maybe one month past and yes try the prequal first.

+1, one year seems to be the sweet spot for burning Cap1.  I only burned them for $500 and 11 mos later was approved- Good luck OP
