Try their prequalification page to see what they specifically recommend the day you are applying.

Well this is strange....

Going through the link, it brought me into my account and says I can upgrade to Quicksilver One®.....what's strange is that I already have the QuicksilverOne  I want the Quicksilver without the AF.

Has this happen to anyone else? Should I contact them and request them to upgrade me to the non-AF Quicksilver?

Yea, people like us don't seem to be able to graduate to a non-AF card.

I've had the Cap1 secured Platinum and Cap1 QS1 for close to 3yrs. They won't graduate or upgrade them.

We might be stuck having to apply for a new card all together, like the non-AF QS.

Secured CapOne cards do not convert or combine. You're better off getting a regular card and building it.

Gardener, as soon as I have them both paid off, I am going to close the secured card and apply for the regular QS.

After my gardening goals, of course!

Don't want another $500 limit. I'm at a point where I'd rather wait it out and get a good card that can grow with me.

I have enough 'starter' cards.

I would seek out other companies. A month after you 0 out those accounts, check pre-quals with other creditors to see if you can get better cards than CapOne offers. They're great for rebuilding, but not for much else.
