Definately a useful link! Capital One stopped showing me the love a while ago, so it was a surprise to click the link and upgrade from a Plat to a QS! Even got to keep the 5.9% APR!

I had an offer for well over a month to upgrade to the same card I have, nothing different. Wondering if I qualify for another product.

Just got off chat with a rep.  All current terms will carry over onto the 'new' card.  I am fixin to switch the Platinum to a QS for 1.5% cash back!  Thanks Op!!

The link thinks you are responding to a mailed or emailed offer. That message means there is not an offer on the table for you. The link still works, they just don't have anything for you at the moment. I get the same message but my mom seems to have a standing offer to upgrade that she doesn't want so the link is still good. Its not a HP so not sure if your frozen reports would be a factor or not. Good question though. Maybe someone with more experience or who has gotten an upgrade with frozen reports will respond.

Thelast couple of months the link did work for me but was an upgrade to same exact card I have. I froze my reports because of the equifax breech last week and now it does not even show that offer. So was thinking it was the freeze but maybe my offer went away after all this time.

I previously had the secured card, it unsecured a few months ago, but since then it's been useless (no benefits/rewards/promos), so it's been sd'd.

Just used this link and:

No CLI, or sign up bonus, but also no HP. They'll likely give me a CLI on this soon. Better to get 1.5% than nothing, also saw the Spotify 50% statement credit offer. Still will scarcely use this card, but much better than the useless unsecured card I previously had!

The limit for my new QS is $550 meanwhile I have a $20,500 limit with NFCU

Adding a freeze actually does opt you out of many prescreened card offers - might want to opt back in
