My upgrade offer is "still" to the same QS1 card (x2) that I already have. All same terms... The other day, this upgarde offer didn't exist anymore and now it's back! Not sure how they deem that an upgrade!

My secured platinum card $1250 CL just got unsecured last month, so I did the link and upgraded to QS! Thanks for the link. Hopefully I'll get some sort of CLI in the near future

You had a former secured card that graduated and then they let you upgrade it? When I tried that with my graduated secured card, they wouldn't let me do anything with it but close it!! You lucked out!!!

Yes I had a secured card for about 2 years. Little less. Started at $200 from my deposit. After 6 months they up it to $500 then a few months later it was $1250. Last month they unsecured it and the link let me upgrade to QS yesterday! Hoping in the near future for another CLI as Its the card in carrying a balance and paying it down right now.

I did this last week, upgraded my QS1 to a QS (or I could have chosen the VentureOne). Thanks to the OP, I avoided the QS1 AF just weeks before it was due to hit! Thanks again.

Thought I'd post my results here as well...

QS1 with $8300 limit was Upgraded to a QS with $0 AF. Everything else remained the same. Does anyone know what makes the QS a WEMC?

Platinum Card with $1800 limit was upgraded to a QS1 and I was able to maintain my $19 AF instead of the standard $39 AF that the QS1 has. Pretty sweet if you ask me. Also fair to note the scores in my signature are not outstanding and my utilization on both cards is pretty high due to having to pay some unforeseen medical bills this year. 

All in all I'm pretty happy!
