I tried it but no luck, so I am guessing it is not offered yet to me.
I do have a question - my 2 Cap 1 cards were originally platinum then I upgraded them both to QS1 they both have annual fees one is $39 I belive and the other is $19. Do QS1 cards ever upgrade to QS (no fee) cards?
Just a curisoity, these are like my 2nd and 3rd oldest cards so I want to keep them alive.
many thanks

I just did my QS1 via this link to a Regular Quicksilver. So it’s possible. Took a long time for it to work though. Had the card 13 months and I checked everyone month using this link for the last few months. I’m thinking my card had to be over a year. That seemed like the magical number for me.

For those who have gotten their card PCed, have you tried calling to see if upgrade is available prior to this link? I see a lot of people getting PC’ed, but no data if people have called to see about upgrade then trying the link....
If you are going to try the link, please call first and see if Capital One will pc. Then try link.
For data points I never called once. I tend to only do online requests for things. I did not use the card for everything. Just something every other month. Never let a balance report. Then this month I took advantage of a BT on it. My statement cut. I did the BT then next day tried the link and it worked. Another data point is my Fico scores all went up about 70 points during the year I had the card.
Upgraded my wife’s Platinum and my Platinum to a regular QuickSilver. All in 3 months from discharge for Chapter 13 and 3 months with Capital One. Was feeling lucky, so immediately after upgrading, tried to cli both cards. No dice for hers, but a $100 bump from $300 to $400.
Thanks y’all.
No promotional offers or bonuses? For new customers only? What about your loyal customers? What kind of witchcraft is this?

😊
I received the same upgrade offer for my QSWMC. First, time I received a Venture upgrade offer; previously, I only received a VentureOne upgrade.
I have two no annual fee, 2% cards...I would not be justified in upgrading to the $95 Venture with no bonus or promo spend. Well, I can at least appreciate that C1 acknowledges my growth over the last two years .

At least you're not alone in Cap One stingyland... me thinks we're 'in the bucket dear liza dear liza...'
I got the Platinum card (credit steps) with a credit limit of $300 October 2017. I just did the linked and it upgraded me to QS. I haven’t had me increase that’s supposed to happen in April. Will this increase still happen ? Should I wait or ask for an increase ? Would I be approved for a QS1 card now? I know it has an annual fee but I’m just trying to get a better credit profile. Thanks.

Stick with the regular QS and save the fee. Your profile will not improve at all by switching. Paying on time and keeping your utilization below 8.9% will.
I'd wait till April before asking for a CLI. Cap One and their normal 6 month CLI interval worked for me when I upgraded my Journey to a QS.
