Just called chase they won’t even give me a balance so I can pay it off. Just said to wait 24-48 hours.
They don't have to tell you a balance .Just pay most of what you know you owe. This is not hard to do .Lets say you ran up 2236.58 but you don't know exactly how much .But you best guess is 2150. Just pay the 2150 and be done with it .Something is better than nothing!

exactly. the entire point is to overwhelm them with positive/low risk actions. pay to zero and leave them alone. banks don't like signs of desperation
I agree .Also I must have been reading the thread when you posted the comment previous to mine because I didn't see it til after I posted mine lol. Oh well .A little reinforcement never hurt anybody right?
If there is any Chase branch, just walk in and should your ID. That should solve it all.
I hope you get things worked out. Like you said, get a good night's sleep and handle it at 9am in the morning.
You simply spooked them with big charges as if you were going to max out the card in your first month.
A BT would take weeks and then they would know you don't have the cash on hand to pay in full. PIF in the morning and I bet they reopen your card. Try to do it right when your bank opens and before a Chase employee reviews your file.
I myself got a letter that my new CSP was in the mail because the one I currently have is about to expire. Do they ever switch to plastic when they give you a new card?

@Anonymous @ this point if the op cannot figure it out then the op does not want the card bad enough. the squeaky wheel gets the oil

if it was fraud it would be done on the spot with chase. this reads as spend/shut issue imo. the op has been using the card for weeks. a dl is not going to cut it. imo.
no judgement or lecture so don't take it as such. you said you are young. this is a dream card. don't ever make a charge that you cannot cover with cash on the spot and never be late. there is it, everything you need to know about credit. good luck, report back.
Hopefully a lesson learned.
The desire to quickly achieve the signup bonus without the cash on hand to pay the bill might cost you a card you feel is a status symbol.
Imagine if this was not an anonymous site and when you used that prestigious card everyone knew you didn't have any money in the bank.
