I'm sure Citi underwriting will be much tougher then Amex. If you can get approved for other Citi cards like double cash. Your chances are very good with the new Costco Visa.
I'm hoping to get the card through PC'ing my TYP. If not, I would want to app for it. I have 6 inquiries on my EX last two were in May 2015 and Feb 2016. EQ only has 1 inquiry. Utilization is low.. Do you guys think I have a shot?
I am hoping that the UW will be more lenient at first anyway, will try although I am not that hopeful with a 4yo BK showing.
As of 6pm PST still not working. Most likely I won't be using this card. More of get me in the door card. I have other cards I will use to get points/miles on them.

They consider 6+ inq in the last 6 months "too many" I was denied for having 7 in the last 6 months a few months back... I was denied for a Diamond Preferred with 741 EXand that's who they pulled for me
I've only had one in the last 6 months, but 6 total on my EX, should I be fine then as not all of my 6 were done in the last 6 months?
I wouldn't expect it right at midnight to be honest. It will probably show up sometime during the early "business day" hours tomorrow when all of the Monday to Friday people at Citi are back at work.
