Fidelity's Cash Rewards Visa Signature is unlimited 2% as well. 

I've wanted this particular Citizens card pretty badly for awhile now but after about eight months (including opening checking with them)I've given up, I don't even need it at this point. And @coldfusion is being a bit charitable describing their online banking as clunky. 

I swear I'm not envious of the OP's offer! In fact, if it were me and I received this, I would absolutely go for it.

Got approved for this one early in my rebuild and after fifteen months it was still stuck at a cool $300, so I set the hideous thing on fire and mailed the remains to Sync.

Everyone says stay away from PayPal. Personally, I never had problem with them. Also, this card goes through Synchrony Bank. Trying to find something where people have positive experince.

It really depends on your TU. I don’t have any complaints about my PayPal CBMC but Synchrony liked my 706 TU FICO 8 and gave me $8K.

I received the same offer, and also passed on an earlier offer with no SUB. I’d signed up for a checking account with SUB about a month before. Citizens approved me for $7400 and their middle-tier APR - and it was my 12th new card since last August. As others have said, their website and app are quite awful, but in-branch customer service, at my nearest branch, is outstanding.

I’ve switched all my daily spending to this card. Citi DC is now being used to pay a whole bunch of bills - everything except utilities and cell, which are covered by US Bank Cash+ 5% categories.
