The Credit Card option in my VS app is missing now after checking this morning 🤷🏽‍♀️. Checked their page first and it's gone, checked the app and the part where I click on credit card to check my credit card is gone as well.

Well, Icalled the customer service line and confirmed that my payment posted to my Sportsman Guide Visa. That's a good thing. I planned on using my Toyota Visa and Good Sam Visa this weekend, but I'm not sure that will happen. 

 I'm still not able to log in to any of Comenity accounts. 

We will see what happens.

I am extremely aggravated by this at this point. As I said in my previous post in this thread I lost my card on Monday and since then I've just waited and tried to talk to somebody to no avail.  I called the automated system today and my Comenity Card's balance is higher than what I think it should be however nobody is picking up the phone so I can't cancel the card. I don't understand how something like this even happens. I hope nobody used this card and I am just paranoid. I guess that I'm waiting another day or more to have the card cancelled and to even see transactions. 

As others have said Comenity is probably one of the largest store card/cobrand Visa/MasterCard issuers along with their new card the Bread Amex oh yeah and the Comenity MasterCard I have second only maybe to Synchrony. This is unacceptable for such a large bank and I very well expect Comenity to lose card customers and maybe even stores. I'm sure this has to also lose stores money as maybe someone would reconsider buying the $4000 camera on deferred financing with the B&H Payboo card or buy a $2000 couch from IKEA. While I actually find Comenity to be a nice bank and the reps I get at least are always super nice this definitely changes my opinion and not for the better. I know they don't care about just my opinion but I think I am not alone in my opinion. I hope to see a resolve to this situation soon.

I am currently Logged into my Comenity All Rewards Card Account. Reflecting an accurate Balance (not yet due) since i monitored my spend on this card  before all this happened. The earlier post/reply showing Email Unavailable although my correct email is listed in the account details. I don't know what else to make of this so far. You may have to choose TEXT to receive your entry code and then it took me right to the current details of my account. All looks normal.

HOWEVER CANNOT LOG INTO MY OTHER COMENITY CARD ACCOUNTS AT THIS TIME- I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT THE "GLITCH" HEADER.

Had to use the automated phone system to pay my cards. Playstation went through fine. For some reason my Lexus card won't go through. Tried mtiple times to speak to someone and I keep getting the message to call back later. How am I supposed to pay it?

Someone suggested trying to PUSH a payment (ACH) from your bank's Bill Pay to see if goes through or returns if possible.

So now the page says to use their Easypay link that's on the login page. What worries me is that if there was a breach and now the site wants me to enter my full card number and last 4 of my SS, is it even secure?

I am seeing the same now as well. I'm going to try to PUSH electronically from my bank's Bill Pay and failing that mail it in overnight registered to see if either goes through. No way to tell from the account's page since only a scant few may be allowing in like my All Rewards Card did, BUT will it update and show the payment is still an unknown. Either way i choose i will have the evidence of timely payment ahead of any Due Dates this coming month.
