Credit One website access issues

Is anyone with a Credit One account having trouble logging in? When i try I get the message "Problem Processing Your Request". My daughter can sign on to her account just fine.  When I called I was told there was nothing wrong with my account but they were having website problems and it should be working in 24-36 hours. That was Thursday when I called and it's still not working for me.  He also tried to tell me I hadn't used my account in a while.  I don't what counts, it has a balance, I make a payment every month and I made a transaction in December. I'm trying to get my cards down.

I can't dump them just yet.  I'm having enough trouble with my old accounts making up  new rules just for me,and lowering credit  limits on accounts in good standing, or closing them entrirely. These actions are dropping my overall credit limits and raising utization on cards that did not have a high balance. Yes, I've been they were (the bank) just changing my terms & conditions..  I don't need another closed account or limit decrease until I can pay down some balances.

I already answered that I didn't see how that  would help me log in to my account, but I found the setting and tried it.  I still get the same message at the top of the screen after I enter my ID and password-"Problem Proceeing Your Request:  then below that-please try again later.  That's why I asked if anyone else was getting anything similar. My daughter can log in without a problem-from my computer. Like I said in a previous message sometimes these companies make up special rules just for me.  I don't like being lied to and the website is not working when it is working for everyone else.  I was going call tomorrow and mention that the website worked for other cardholders if I could get anyone on the forum to tell me they could log in to their Credit One account.
