Credit card start date question

I am trying to figure out what would be the start date for my credit cards so I can figure when to ask for a cli. As far as Disco and NFCU is concerned what would be considered the start date? Is it the day that you are approved or the day that you activate your card? Thanks in advance for any info...

From viewing my own credit reports I show that it's from approval date on every last one of my accts.

It's the date the system approves/creates the account.

For Disco I was able to get my cli before the 3 month based on start date. It was after 3rd statement.
