Different/lower limit for authorized user

Does anyone know of a specific card or company that allows the main card holder to set a lower credit limit for authorized users?

Chase allows me to set limits on my AU Ink cards, not sure if they offer that on personal cards as I only have AU for the business cards. +1 on AmEx it's easy to set up and change.

If I get put on as an AU on my sister's Amex will that help my score?  Will that hurt her score?

Re: Different/lower limit for authorized user

She has both.  Actually Several Amex cards.  Her credit is excellent and has had Amex for at least a good 15 years.  I told her that she is able to back date all of her cards to the date of her first card with them.  Which would be better for me to get placed on the Charge or the Revolver?
