Yeah I think its a flat out denial and no I did not get one when it graduated but it just graduated today. I will try in a few days.

Unsecured 2/21/17. No luv from the CLI button at that time.

I just tried again. No luck. Received the 3-5 day message.

Adding Datapoints:

I am one of those persons with the 2 day CLI "BANK INFORMATION NOT RECEIVED" trouble - tried again just now and got  the 3-5 business days denial.  Graduated March 9th, 2017.  No Auto CLI at graduation - still the same SL I chose when I opened it.

Denied. Can't increase limit-will find out in 3-5 days.

I'll try again after my next statement cuts. Hopefully this denial will not be the "bank info Not received" crap. At least then I know it will be some other reason. Watch Disco start he "too many inquiries" crap like CapOne. Let's hope not

Even tho I would have liked a CLI I am just happy it seems like it is fixed
