I was just wondering if anyone knows whether or not a CLI for the Exxon/Mobil Smartcard is a hard or soft pull. I have had this card for about 3, maybe close to 4 years and I have never had an increase. I want to try for a CLI, but I don't want to take a hard pull if I don't have to.
