Navy would’ve been my first choice if they had a 0 APR offer on any of their cards. But they don’t.

Platinum always has 0% for 12 months intro offer.

I would double check on the 1st to make sure it’s still there but I haven’t seen the Platinum not offer it since I became a member in September when all of the other cards had SUBs.

I think NFCU’s 0% offers end 2/28 unless there’s a new one out.

The current batch of offers end 2/28 but I would be shocked if the Platinum loses its 0% offer since that’s the only draw it has over the other cards is that its a low APR BT card. I haven’t seen it not have 0% since I got my cashRewards in September. In fact, I picked up my Platinum in December before NFCU issued their BT offers on the other cards.

Purchases. I just got my Platinum in November and it was only on balance transfers for the 0% APR.

Ahh! My bad then. Platinum is a definite no go, it’s BT only.

Savor One seems to dish out pretty decent limits and it’s 15 months at 0%. Three bureau pull sucks but it’s a solid card from a solid issuer with a decent $150 SUB for $500 spend.

Capital One likes people who use their card as their primary so someone with excellent credit and not a lot of cards would probably get a very nice limit as long as the income and DTI support it.

My concern about the Savor One in this instance would be earning only 1% on most of my purchases.

QS would be an option too, I just haven’t been seeing many DPs lately suggesting large SLs like I have for Savor and Savor One. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a $30K SL on a QS approval but I’ve seen it a few times on both Savor and Savor One.

Still, 1% is better than 0% and if the main criteria is a large SL and long intro, the Savor One fits there.

Depends on how the card is going to be used after the 0% intro purchases promo. If the concern is just to make a purchase and being able to carry the balance the SUB will make up for any little gains made from 1%. Can always PC the card to something more useful after the balance is paid or promo ends.
