Highest Limit Graduating Secured Card?

My brother asked me to cosign a credit card for him or do a AU. Obviously, I said no. 😂 He's just out of bankruptcy and needs a credit card to purchase his supplies for his farm. Do you guys know of any high limit graduating cards? He can easily put $3k to $5k a month on a card, especially with fuel prices. A long time ago I remember a CU offering up to $15k on a secured card but don't remember if it graduated. I thought it would be better to find one high limit card instead of him getting a bunch of small ones. Thanks!

US-Bank Secured is also 5K max, and according to their page graduates

Quite a few local CU's have secured cards with high or no limits, however never graduate.

Here in CA, Logix Fed CU has no stated limit and I know of someone who had $15,000.

I'm pretty sure SDFCU has a high credit limit on secured cards.  The cards also graduate and earn rewards.

I had a 10K BofA secured Custiomized Cash Rewards Visa, and I understand I could have put more. It graduated in about 7-8 months.
