I have been opted out....and found out that I need to be opted IN to be able to get pre-approval offers....like via the Shopping Cart Trick....so my question is...how long will it take for me to be opted back in...so I can give the Shopping Cart Trick a try?

A friend opted back in and got her first pre-approval snail mail after about 3 months. Good luck.

If you went to the site and opted back in within weeks you should be good.
