@Metalcards, did you ever get anything? I applied and was approved on 3/17, got the email confirming it, but didn't see anything until today when the card detail with last 4 digits appeared in my Truist dashboard. No card in the mail yet, but I'm sure that's next. I hope you heard something.
@Anonymous do you see an available limit on that card.? my wife was approved for a card also never received the card yet but showing on the dashboard with a 8000 limit and 0 limit available..this bank is something else.
Yes, @gordoncharles25 it shows $4,500 limit. Probably the 0 available is because it hasn't been received and activated yet.
I'm kinda mad that they did this on the basis of soft pulls (that may be old?) I had JUST paid so much stuff off and waited for it to be reported before hitting the button. Maybe if they had done a hard pull they would have approved me for more. Oh well, I can only hope they'll review and raise the limit later.

Unless you already had an existing credit relationship with them then even on the Preapproval the SP would have been a current pull and reflected the exact same info a HP would have including your paidoff debt if it has reported to the CRA's. Also $4,500 has for a long time going back to BB&T the "standard" SL for weak and average profiles. To go higher they want to see stronger and longer credit profiles.
For grins while on the TRUIST website checking my accounts (had a BB&T and SunTrust card), I did the pre-approval and like others was approved for all of their cards. Went back and forth for a couple days and decided why not, so applied for the Enjoy Cash 1.5% card and was instantly approved with the e-mail. Still have heard nothing and haven't received the card, though it has been only about a week. Didn't think there was much hope of getting the actual card and actually applied for the Citizens BankCash Back Plus, Verizon VISA and AMEX Amazon Business cards with approvals for each. Today, decided to check my TRUIST accounts and instead of 2 there were 3 cards listed, including the Enjoy Cash (including last 4 of the card) that was just approved. Maybe that's a good sign, so thought I would share. Don't know if others have checked or have the ability to check (new account holders)?
@bigseegar @FinStar well today my 3 others card showed up on my truist dashboard showing the limits 13000 and still 0 available limit. so maybe there is hope on receiving them soon. no email yet confirming the shipping

Excellent! Happy they all worked out for you! On my end still nothing since approval on 3/3 and nothing showing in my Truist Dashboard. I've pretty much written mine off. Maybe I'll screw with them and app again in a week or so lol.
Got notice this morning that my card reported to TU. Saga continues.
@Anonymous Nothing yet since original email stating approved with app id number. Applied and approved on 3/16 and nothing since. Don't believe it's going to happen.
