Is this a green light from Chase?

Hey there MyFico world! I logged into my chase account this morning and saw these cards with "You're Pre-Qualified" next to them. Is this Chase's way of giving me a green light to apply? As of 4/13/19 I am 3/24 - I was 5/24 prior to the 13th. I know I can go in-branch and ask if I have any offers, but that's a bit inconvenient (closest Chase branch to my office is 20 miles).

Current Fico8 scores in signature. Have $100k+ in available credit (less than 1% utilization), paid off auto loan, and owe about $400 on a 0% furniture installment account (balance was originally $8,500). Income $105k. One negative item: paid-in-full charge off from 2013.

Yes that is legit with your scores and new account 3/24 you are set to grab ONE of those offers that you find most benefical.. If you apply for more than one, most likely chase will kill the other application.  Best of luck on deciding which one you would like!

And, remember you might not want any of them!  Consider if one of these are useful, and how it compares to cards from other issuers that you might consider.  Prequalified doesn't mean you have to get it.

Yes. However please do note that they still do a hard credit inquiry before approval and also should be within 5/24( less than 5 cards in last 24 month) rule.

Re: Is this a green light from Chase?

@JGGM  I'd wait till the 1st of the following month if you just got under 5/24. If one of those cards is what you want, apply after the  05/01.

I've seen denials for applying in the same month.
