Kohl's Visa Upgrade

I was in kohls this afternoon for an amazon return since they do returns for amazon and the store is very close to where i live. I've always bought online so this was my first time in the physical store.

Huge, huge, huge store that was mostly void of customers, I counted 4 customers total in that giant store. i did see groups of 2 to 5 employees of the store in groups having chit chats, I guess they had nothing else to do.

This visa conversion has to be in part to make some cash to prop up that store, what i saw today was shocking.

Maybe the store in my area is just an isolated case.

Yeah, that's pretty crazy we have at least 10-12 people at mine all the time.

Same with the Kohls in my area, It's adjacent to my local Trader Joe's so it's very convenient. The few times Ive gone in there, I've never seen anything I wanted to buy. I've gone in a few times to do Amazon returns and it always seems empty.

Still at the ceiling of $3,000, at least for now. 

When the new card arrives, and things move over, I might take a swing at requesting a CLI if there's no movement.

I logged in last week and noticed an auto increase to 3k limit from 2.5k. A little background, I got this card in July 2021 with a 300 limit. In July 2022, it was increased to 700 limit. Then in Dec 2022 to 1500 limit. In April 2023, to a 2500 limit, and now I'm at a 3k limit which, from what I read, is their max for the store card. I guess this is in preparation for the Visa conversion coming up. I already have a Capital One VentureOne card with a 3100 limit, QuickSilver 3k limit, and Walmart MC, which double its limit to 1k in under a year. The 3k limit seems to be where I am stuck with any Capital One card for now.
