Hey All,
Was approved for a Lowes Advantage card in April of '23 with a credit limit of $9,037.
Have been trying to get a CLU increase since with no luck. Everytime I am rejected it is the generic "not enough experience with this credit level". Tried both calling and the online cli request.
No late payements or any baddies etc on report. Always pay account in full before statement drops and ususally have $500 of charges a month.
What is odd is that i just got a credit limit for my Verizon Visa which is also issued by sync from 9-12K and I have way less spend on this card and always also pay in full beofre statement dropping.
What gives? Any tips for getting a CLI increase. Had hoped this card would grow, but havny been able to figure it out yet.
After another request today for 15K Sync / Lowes finally approved a CLI!
No change in purchasing patterns. Strange.

I always find it hard, sometimes weird when people tell you to put spend or run up a store card. Some months you just don't need anything from Lowe's. And if I do, it may be something as inexpensive as weed and feed or some light bulbs. I remember Room To Go always sending me promotions. Well once I buy 3 rooms of furniture, it will be years before I need them again.
