Smiley Sad I couldn't help it. My FICO says I need instalments. I app'd asfter talkng with them and Wachovia and BofA only give loans for 10K or 3K. Didn't want that. I opened a savings and checking account and after talking with the rep and being told they would use my exisiting nfo for a loan app, I couldn't help it.

Brammy give me your cc and i'll spend the money for you. ok?

Re: Need advice from FICO gurus...

I forgot that at the same time I applied for the Walmart Discover, DW applied separately. I had called the next day and answered the security questions and received a $2500 TL. This morning, DW got a call from an anonymous toll free number and the lady asked her if she would like to complete her Walmart Discover app.

DW said sure, but was asked some very specific questions regarding currently held CCs. Not knowing who this person was, she declined to answer and was told to have a nice day. I then called the application status line to report the call and found out it was legitimate.

To make a long story short, DW took the phone, answered their random questions from her credit report and was approved for Walmart Discover with $3000CL.

Not as good as the real Discover, but it does have a smiley face on the card! Smiley Happy
