Threads like these kill me! I live equidistant between 2 Sam's Clubs and a BJ's. There are 2 Costco's in the 'area' but each one is a good 30-45 minute drive which make them very inconvenient. I'd love a Costco AMEX but alas, I'll have to settle with my Sam's Discover

I had two, both old. An inq for an apartment rental from Sept 09 (didn't work out; job changed) and a really old one for the AmEx Blue from Feb 2009. And so now, for another month, I have three inqs on EX.
That's my wild-and-crazy report! I have 0 on TU, 1 on EQ from March 2010.
But I also managed to lose 11 points on EX FICO (via PSECU.) Even though this card was back-dated, I had just barely made it over 5 years AAoA, and the combination of this plus a duplicate card dated 4/2010 from PenFed, issued after they had a security lapse, dropped me back under 5 years again. No new card ding, but my #1 negative factor is back to being short history. Oh well...
Wow! So the new Costco Amex already reported? That is very quick!
I am still waiting (foot tapping) on mine to show up. I predict it will arrive either Friday or Saturday but who knows. I am SO incredibly impatient waiting on this.
Back to you ... I guess your AAoA drop would partially be my fault for pushing you on the card. My bad ...
Anyway, at least you have a pretty new card. It does look sharp.

Amex has recently approved me for an Amex Blue Cash with a $9,000 limit 
FINALLY!!! It's here! My True Earnings Card from Costco and American Express ... So exciting. I know I mentioned this already, but I would definitely app in store if I were going to do it again. I applied online on 1/1/11 and it just now showed up in my mailbox. I haven't called about a credit line increase yet but I'll try and get around to that this afternoon. It's a nice looking card too. Who's up next?

Cool! Doubt they give CLI at activation, I'd imagine the response will be to wait at least 6 months before placing another request.
