Well, I have the QS (SD'ed), and Freedom Unlimited (in use for misc spend).

Need it like a hole in the head. Unless SUB gets more enticing, I'll pass for now.

You can't PC from an MR-earning card (like the Everyday).

If you're talking about the Blue Cash Everyday, then it might be possible if you don't mind forever forgoing the sign up bonus.

Got this offer, too, right after getting my platinum. 

like everyone else says, no thank you. I like the Blue Cash rewards structure since most of my meager spending is on groceries. Of course, I hate how late cashback posts and the few ways to redeem it. This doesn't seem like an improvement, but more an updated version of the ill-fated Zync. Curious to see how long it lasts. 

Interesting that someone said early on to lobby to add restaurants as a bonus category--that would be great, and bring my BCE up to a great all-rounder, especially since my Discover IT-turned-Chrome double bonus is ending.

Can you peek? That is, can you check to see if you're eligible for a bonus...without actually submitting an application?

I haven't heard anyone mention a "Yes, you are eligible for the bonus. Would you like to continue?" screen. As I understand it, if someone is eligible for the bonus, the application proceeds.

This card was listed in my account, so I tried to take a stab at applying. Unfortunately or fortunately (depending on how you see it), it was a SP and I was denied. The details of the denial indicated a report from 5/12 and my score was 659 (my score has since jumped to 681), so I called their reconsideration line and now it is "in progress". I currently have a PRG in good standing, and its roughly ~3 months old.

No you cannot once you hit submit that is when it tell you aren't eligible do you still want to proceed or you are approved or declined.  That is where it happens.  if eligible no screen
