1.75% isn't enough to pull me out of the garden for this.
Not that they'd give me it. ![]()

I wonder if they can convert my current Amex to this.
Is that 6.25% apr for life???
I dont think they're legally allowed to change your APR within the first 12 months, but (in big giant bold print in the T&C) it specifies that they can change the rate at any time for any reason. All T&Cs have this (unless it's a fixed rate card) but they put it in giant bold print. #Suspicious.
This offer is seriously tempting! My lowest APR is 9.24, but I'd LOVE that 6.25%, just in case. I'll bookmark this app and see how I feel in another 8 weeks (aka May 30th, lol).
The only thing stopping me from doing it is I already have a 2.2% card already, so I wouldn't really get much use out of the card.
I feel that Amex is partnering with everyone these days and is about to be desparate for customers. Ugly times ahead for them.

this is a variable rate card so it will adjust with the prime rate. but yes they shoudln't be able to change the multiplier they are charging above prime that they set in the beginning.
