Lucky you. HSBC hates me
That's because you SD them. I have a bills that go on each monthly. Orchard sucks but BBRZ MC has given me a few CLI.

The $100 that Orchard gave me was the first time they increased me in 18 months. lol

When you called in did they ask questions or was jsut like "lemme check that for ya...."?

I called the backdoor number and the girl that answered pulled up both accounts separately and just ran them. She didn't ask any questions.

K good. I hate when they ask you to calculate your income for the year on the spot, list the last 3 places you have lived, your mother maiden name, where your parents met, etc
Whats the backdoor number? I looked at the sticky but didnt see Orchard...?

Sweet... I call and get a 200 increase every six months like clockwork. Called early once, and they said it hadn't been six months yet, call back... And they have never hard pulled me for a CLI.
Heard lots of different opinions about them, but they gave me credit when no one else would, and I haven't paid a dime in interest, so they're cool in my book.
Except for that durn annual fee... Hopefully when they are cap 1 I can PC.
And the love button has never worked for me - it always says call customer service.
