I have two Synchrony cards - Walmart and Amazon. Whenever I try to register on the Synchrony website or the MySynchrony app, I get the same message saying "There's been an error and we can't process your request." I've been trying for over a week now. Has anyone else had success with the mobile app for Synchrony?

I can try that, but even on the website when I'm on a computer, I get the same message.
There are accounts that can't be managed through their site or mobile app, and will not allow you to register either. You have to go to the individual credit card pages to access your account.

The SYNCB site tells you some private labels cannot be accessed through their site or apps.
