Few minutes later applied for Barclay Apple and was approved and got the score today from them and it was a 660
few minutes after this application I applied for PayPal MC and was approved and that score came today and they say it was 676!

Seeing as there's multiple versions of TU FICOs out there this is not a surprise.
I have 3 TU FICO scores that I know of.
'98 is 727
'04 is 740
'08 is 679
Guess which scoring model I prefer!

TU offers 21 different FICO scores.
On FICO 98, there is the Classic as sold here, Auto Industry, BankCard Industry, and two other rare Industry Scores.
Same 5 for TU 04.
For TU 8, there is the equivalent to what used to be called Classic which is now just called FICO 8 Risk Score, Auto Industry, Bankcard Industry, and a new invention which is Mortgage Risk Score.
