Citi cards are painfully slow to arrive. My AA took 14 days. I called at 11 days and CUstomer service person said 10 business days. I now apply for a card a month before I am ready to work on sign up bonus so I am always working on a bonus.

Applied and approved for Discover It on 3/22, card arrived on 3/30.
