Yeah, when I saw that offer I was like DUH! Let them keep the limit on, they will take it off soon enough, and it allows me to go tend my garden

Funny thing about that 500 limit deal. Though I ended up getting the NPSL on my second attempt, I still haven't put over 400 on the card in a month anyway.  Since I tend to use others with better perks. I just added the ECO Pack recently as someone said it gives double points at stores listed by greenchoice or something or other (I printed out the list, Walmart is on it so if I use it there it counts). The ECO Pack is free btw.

I was always hoping I'd get that counteroffer if denied when I applied for Zync, didn't get it twice. My third AmEx app I went for Green and was approved.

So, have you submitted the forms accepting the offer? Is everything set or do they still have to do final approval on that offer?

Ok AMEX is really starting to annoy me already!!

So I called the support number listed in the email, and after talking with the guy for 20 minutes explaining everything to him, he just says hold on, and then someone else (a "manager") picks up, with no idea what's going on! So I need to tell him everything, and he kept saying "Well it's denied, says so right here" and I keep pointing out the "However" part of the letter, and asking for the attachment, finally he goes well I don't have access to re-email you that, you will need to wait for it in the mail, then hangs up!!

UGHGHGHGHG I am so incredibly frustrated, what a lovely way to spend my lunch hour!!

Every time I had called, the reps said they did not know of the $500 autopay offers. Maybe call the exec office and tell them your problem. Maybe they can get you to the department that DOES know about that option. good luck!
