Curious to what everyone's utilization is. Everyone talks limits no one talks credit card utilization.
I have $215 total balance on one card with 0 percent interest. Total limits $225,000. Less than a 1/10th of a percent.
Hmmm, I don't really worry about utilization so I haven't looked at it in a while. I have roughly $400,000 in limits currently and have roughly $2,500 on cards at this moment for a utilization rate of 0.6ish%.
I generally post between about $50 and $1,500, spread over one or two out of six active cards, on $63,900 in limits.
Roughly $6K on personal--$480K total limits--so between 1 and 2%.

BUSINESS

I always make sure that my utilization is < 8.9%. With $57,450 in total revolving credit, I am currently utilizing 2.61% of my available lines of credit.

@Anonymous the @#$bleep&*% you talkin' bout Willis?
The percentage of $6 out of $480,000 is 0.00125%, on the other hand, $6,000 would be 1.25%

I see it discussed a lot, mainly on threads about "Should I app?" and "Why did I get AA?" But unlike limits it's very dynamic, with some paying off after every transaction, some carrying balances, others using AZEO, and some just PIF on due date. I'm generally in the last category, with util less than 1%
Currently 2% as bought a house recently and all the new stuff that had to go along with it causing me to have to carry some balances which i normally don't do. on about 330k in credit approx. Plan to get under 1% march until then pay 1k at least a month at 0%
I'm at just over $300k in overall CLs. I'm reporting about $5.2k on different cards or under 2%. The bulk of it is on my Lowe's card ($4.5k left) because of a recent $6k home project purchase. I got 24 month no-interest financing, so I'm going to ride that for a little while, but chances are, I'll have it paid off in less than a year.
I let some balances report, but PIF.
