Barclay Ring - 8% It was my first CC in years after paying off all my high CC debts - Got it 1/10/15.
My second card I got in January was Discover at 9.9%
Highest:
Barclay Rewards - 24.9%
Interesting that range for two Barclay cards! I saw the APR increasing each time I applied for a new card in April during that APP spree. Truly, I don't worry about the APR because I PIF each month and many of the cards have 0% APR right now anyway.
