Maybe yes, maybe no! No way to know for sure. Having five fewer inqs certainly can't hurt you.

If the inquiries are older then 12 months old then they aren't being used to calculate your FICO score.

Have you considered Patelco or one of the other CU's?

If you don't have at least a 700+ you have a better chance hitting the powerball than getting approved with them.

Fused,  they just approved me today over the phone for "Discover More". I was afraid of applyign becuase of an 8 years old CO with them, but the lady said i should be fine to go for it.

My scores are in the mid-high 600's  I will report the exact score after I confirm who they pulled from.

Approved with unpaid CO .  I guess that answers the question that many people have as to whether or not Discover Blacklists.

Congrats! I'm stunned! You have an old CO with them (maybe they have a short memory too) and your scores are in the mid 600's...something seems to be changing at Discover. I'm really tempted to app this exact card. Ahhhhh!
