dumped everything - had a no asset so everything was included. I was really scared of getting a judgement. I work for the state and have admin access to all financial systems so being sued for a cc even if it was 4 years old is a big deal.
Good luck to you all getting a discover though, they are great as long a you can pay them.
Fused, Not so short of a memory. They sold it to a collection agency i was told. And the gentleman mentioned that he would not worry about it to just apply and that if i wanted to be tranfered. I got someone on the line for me and took it from there. I still repeated my story to them but the lady said not to worry about it.
They still have the accound and most of the information about it though
