if I want an Amex card, which one should I get w/ my profile?

AAoA is only 8 months. The oldest account was opened on March 2013.

5 credit cards and 2 store cards (my signature didn't include victoria's secret)

I do not want a card with an AF. I feel like currently I don't need any other card other than the US bank cash + to cover the 5% dining out.

I don't know what card would be my best interest. The reason I finally want an amex card is that I just travelled back and realized that if I had an Amex card, I would have saved a lot more money on renting a car!!

I am still not too familiar with other amex card feature, but I think it's better to have one with me.

Forgot to mentioned the scores.. should be around 720 across the board. No miss payment. Balance was always low except this month (because I purchased an expensive watch for my father but didn't get enough time to pay it off the balance before the statement cut.. ugh).. will go back to normal next month.

Just a little curious, the sign up bonus 10000 points is equal to 100$ value?

It can be more than that if transferred to the right partner and redeemed with the right offer.

No you have to look at airline partners you can't convert to cash. If you convert to gift cards you will get an lot less than 100. Do you want a amex card just for sake of having amex card. Because BCE also wouldn't make much sense since you have sallie Mae. Maybe blue cash would be viable but you need to put an lot of spending into open 5% categories

mmm.. the blue cash.. what do you mean have to put a a lot spending into open 5% categories?  don't really get that... i wouldn't assume I will put a lot spending into that card since i am interesting in Cap1 qs and citi double cash and I have fidelity to ear 2% currently.. so.. i just want a card with better reward program and have just to have an amex card.. >.<
