Has anyone else with an Affinity FCU CC noticed that it has not updated since November to EQ? TU and EX are current just not EQ. They have reported my PLOC to all three and update on time so far.
Glad someone else noticed, same here. It's odd, wondering if it's technical issue.

If you are experiencing it than it is most definitely a technical issue on Affinity. I would care less if there wasnt a balance on it lol. I noticed that they report on the 1st for CC and the 31st for my PLOC. Hopefully it is resolved for February and I wont have to call them.
I have a card that previously reported to all three bureaus (Affinity CU Visa Signature), that seems to have stopped reporting to EQ. Last report was 11/1/2020 to EQ with a balance of 887/5000. The other bureaus updated 12/1, 1/1, and 2/1. The last reported balance to TU and EX was $0. How (if at all) does this affect my EQ score since it still shows a balance? How does it affect attempting to do AZEO? I'm not planning an EQ9 pull until May-ish, but I am concerned that the balance doesn't seem to be updating for this account for that bureau. Thanks in advance.
Well, it means you'll have an $887 reported balance on that account until it updates otherwise... so I guess that would become your AZEO account by default. An $887 balance though reported is a bit high for AZEO. Even if percentage wise it's in the ok zone, you could cross a dollar threshold (say $500) and lose a few points.
I'd imagine Affinity is reported this account to all 3B, so you may want to follow up with EQ to verify all of your info is correct and troubleshoot what the issue may be.
I'd contact reporting department at Affinity, explain Equifax hasn't updated in 3 cycles. Hopefully they'll push an update on that CRA. If not corrected by next cycle, I'd file complaint with NCUA, or National Credit Union Administration. The agency that regulates federal chartered CU. I wouldn't dispute with CRA.
@Anonymous @blindambition Thank you both. I've also reached out to another forum member with the card too, just to see if it's just me or more systemic. I will also reach out to Affinity. Thanks.

Thank you both again for your help. I reached out to Affinity yesterday and the rep put in a ticket with the appropriate department. Today I got a notification that my EQ score was updated and the balance is properly reflecting 0.

Hooray!!! I'm glad you got quick results. 👍🏻
Checked this AM and they updated. So from November to February there was no EQ update. Hopefully not a common problem with them.
