Hello everyone.. Just wondering if Capital one will add authorized user into to ones credit report if they have their credit reports frozen? They already have an relationship with capital one.
Is "they" the prospective AU? What kind of prior relationship does the AU have with Cap One? If it is simply a savings or checking account, then Cap One is not a creditor of that person. If the AU has a loan or credit card (in his name) then Cap One would be a creditor.
The card was activated, but hasn't been used.
Is this the original card (not the AU card) having been recently been activated by the account holder?
Or do you mean that the AU card has arrived and has been activated?
Different name, and address.. They also asked for ssn..
Any advice on if one needs to unfreeze credit reports for the account to show.
Thanks in advance
