Has anyone else noticed that Comenity store cards didn't report for July?
I have 2 store cards that I got early in my rebuild, Bealls and Venus. In June, Bealls had a balance of $434 out of a $1400 CL and Venus had a balance of $67 out of a $1200 CL. July 6th, I paid them both off (I was able to pay online during the "outage" on their website). Both accounts show the payment processed and I have a zero balance. Comenity usually reports on the 25th of each month for me (if I've had any activity on the card). There have been months that it didn't report, but I also had no activity on a zero balance.
Just wondering if the recent "outage" had anything to do with this.
When I had Comenity cards they only reported when there was a balance. They did not report when I had a zero balance.
Well, that's messed up! Lol

@GidgetmomI had a balance on mines and it didn't report for my Overstock. I believe it all has to do with the outage they were having.
They stated they were not going to charge any late fees if somehow you couldn't get payments to process or report anything negative due to their updating and whatever else they were doing so I believe they skipped the July reporting completely and everything should be back to normal this month for reporting.

They haven't reported in August either.

Supposedly they were going to report again on the 4th, but obviously that didn't happen.

@Suzette2 Mines has not reported for Aug yet either. Statement cut on the 10th. Guess they are still trying to get things back in order.
We have two cards that were paid down to zero last month, but nothing has reported since 6/19.
finally received a statement for one of them with $6 in interest charges a week ago, but still no updates.
These are the last two cards I'm waiting to report after spending $45k eliminating all debt last month, so it got frustrating enough that I finally submitted a dispute with EX yesterday.
side note - I did receive a $1200 CL increase on one last week. I was attempting to trigger a report.
Update for others that may be in a similar situation with Comenity:
I finally received both zero balance letters in the mail, but still no updates to the bureaus.
The disputes are both still open, and have been modified since I uploaded the letters.
Last updates 6/18 & 6/19, balances paid in full for both accounts 6/23.
CLI approved for one 8/12.
I'll probably make a thread soon outlining my 110+ point increase in 30 days, but still anxious to see what it looks like once the 97% & 33% utilization accounts report accurately.
Yea they said they were supposedly reporting for July on August 4th, but that never happened. I'm still waiting as well - due to their outage/glitchy website, I accidentally double paid because I thought my first payment didn't go through since it didn't show up on the "scheduled payments" section. 🙄 So I guess now I'm a month ahead.
