Does MyFico Update Scores in Real Time?

I am trying to submit a mortgage app today. Had been waiting since last week since after not letting anything post (typcially AZEO), and scores dropped 13-EQ, 17-TU, and 19-EX. So I let $66 post on my Navy Sig card and on Friday I showed my EX up 20 on Experian.com, yesterday, both the Experian increase updated on MyFico, and EQ back up the 13 updated, but still waiting for the TU to update. Short of buying an updated report for almost $48 on MyFico to see, I thought by today I would see the TU update showing that "one of your accounts balance increased by $66) and the updated score which is typically the case. Wondering if I purchase the report will it show or could it be it hasn't come in from TU yet?

Re: Does MyFico Update Scores in Real Time?

The short answer is yes, you will need to purchase another 3B report to see changes in any score but FICO 08. The FICO 08 will change anytime a changing activity takes place if you are paying for monitoring. To see how that impacts any other scores (such as a mortgage) you will need to purchase a new report.

Many years ago I too wondered why my other scores were not updating along with my FICO 08.

If you get the updated report today it will give you up-to-the-minute information on what each bureau has. You need to stop paying attention to the FICO 8's and concentrate on the mortgage scores... EX FICO 2, EQ FICO 5, and TU FICO 4. If you're applying for a mortgage today you should immediately pull your report.

Total revolving limits 568220 (504020 reporting) FICO 8: EQ 689 TU 691 EX 682

You only need to buy a single report to see all your scores for TU and it is $16. I actually prefer the layout and format of these single reports over the 3B CRs and do this all the time if I have major changes to a single bureau.

The scores will be reflective of the moment the report is pulled.

No need to pull all 3 if you need scores for only 1B.

UPDATE!

I did purchase my TU 1B report and at that point my TU score updated as I was waiting for (Fico 8 and Mortgage Scores). I completed my mortgage app and my BF finished his part. I put in my credit card info for the credit pull and no sooner did I hit submit I was instantly pre-approved for my NFCU mortgage and immediately received our pre-approval letter!

Thank you for all of the input!
